At The Electric Radiator Company, we mainly use a palletised delivery service due to product weights and dimensions. All ranges will be delivered by pallet except the Smartpanel range which may be delivered by courier (usually DPD)
Please note: Any orders placed before 12 mid-day can be dispatched for next working day delivery if required. Orders placed after mid-day on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. A specific day of delivery can be requested instead of next day service.
Your radiator(s) will arrive on a larger vehicle and be secured on a pallet. The pallet will be removed from the vehicle by the driver using a pallet truck and the vehicle tail lift. The pallet can be moved as close to your property as possible using the pallet truck. The delivery service ends there. It will be your responsibility to remove the radiators from the pallet and move them to where you would like them.
When your delivery arrives, you must fully inspect the boxes for any signs of transport damage. You MUST be available on the agreed delivery date to receive your products.
If you are not present on the agreed delivery date and we are unable to deliver your products, we will charge a re-delivery fee. This fee will be dependent on postcode area.
If any damage is seen, this should be noted on the delivery note.
Claims can only be accepted if this is done at the time of delivery.
Free delivery is for U.K. mainland only, additional delivery charges will apply for the following destinations: Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland & others.
